Sandwiches, pastas, crackers, pizza, even as a dip!  Try this recipe out for the easiest vegan pesto which takes just 5 minutes! One of my all time favorite snacks is Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Dates. It is beyond easy to make, which is why it's one of my favorites! It's like a healthier version of a snickers and I am here for it. It's also vegan and gluten-free so it's a win across the board. You literally cannot have just one. They are SO good.
